个人简介

 

 

 

 

山东省泰山学者青年专家(2020),中国海洋大学青年英才工程第一层次教授20066月毕业于中国海洋大学药学专业,获得学士学位;20116月毕业于中国海洋大学药物化学专业,获得博士学位。20121月至20179月先后在纽约州立大学布法罗分校(Blaine Pfeifer 课题组)和俄克拉荷马大学(Robert Cichewicz课题组)从事博士后研究。Sci. Adv., Curr. Opin. Biotech., J. Nat. Prod., Biotechnol. Bioeng.等期刊发表SCI收录论文30余篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上(41976105),参与国家自然科学基金重大项目(81991522)、国家重点研发项目(2019YFC0312500)等课题。担任Curr. Opin. Biotech.,Fermentation杂志客座编辑和中国抗生素杂志青年编委,并担任ACS Synth. Biol., J. Nat. Prod., App. Microbial. Biotechnol.等二十余个期刊审稿工作。主要研究方向包括:海洋环境来源微生物功能基因和代谢产物的潜能挖掘、活性次级代谢产物的发现;运用代谢工程和合成生物学方法解析改造生物合成途径,基于途径重构和工程化菌株获得结构新颖的活性分子。

研究进展

 

 

 

 

 基于基因组分析采掘,结合现代天然产物化学研究方法开发海洋微生物代谢潜能,获得了联苯杂环类、特拉姆酸类、混源萜以及寡肽类等多种结构新颖的天然产物。上述结构在抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗感染等领域表现出了良好的应用潜力。

利用代谢工程、组合生物合成和异源表达技术改造和优化天然产物生物合成途径,获得工程化菌株和结构新颖的天然产物分子。前期利用大肠杆菌宿主成功完成了红霉素、水杨酸糖苷衍生物等系列药物分子的异源表达。目前开展针对于莽草酸途径的代谢工程研究以及萜类(alternarenes类混源萜)、肽(peptaibols类抗菌肽)和二酮哌嗪(penicisulfuranol多硫代二酮哌嗪)等活性分子的生物合成研究。
