针对国家开发重大创新药物的战略需求,依据海洋生物的化学防御策略,开展海洋天然药物先导化合物发现与优化研究。集成构建了化学生态作用-药理活性综合评价模型和基于二级质谱的天然产物分子网络技术体系,实现了新天然分子的精准发现和已知结构的快速排重;成功解决了极具挑战性的复杂化合物结构表征难题,发现了系列具有重要开发前景的抗纤维化、抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗结核、抗疟等药物先导化合物,为海洋创新药物提供了实体分子。其中,发现的2个候选药物进入了系统的临床前研究阶段。 近年来,主持了国家自然科学基金(优青、山东省联合基金重点项目、面上项目、青年基金)、山东省自然科学基金(省杰青、青年基金)、青岛海洋科学与技术试点国家实验室鳌山人才、青年泰山学者和海洋局公益性专项等人才项目和基金;以第一或通讯作者在J. Nat. Prod., Eur. J. Med. Chem., Chem. Commun., Org. Lett., Green Chem., J. Org. Chem.等期刊发表SCI论文70余篇,论文H因子34。论文被LANCET Infect. Dis., Chem. Rev., Nat. Prod. Rep.等期刊引用4000余次。以第一发明人获授权美国发明专利3件,国内发明专利9件。 以共同通讯作者撰写英文书籍《Studies in Natural Products Chemistry, Vol. 44》一章;共同主编普通高等学校十二五规划教材《海洋药物学》;作为编委成员参与编写《中华海洋本草》(9卷)(管华诗, 王曙光主编,邵长伦等编委)。获山东省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖和青岛市自然科学奖二等奖。入选2020年度全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单(World's Top 2% Scientists 2020)。 | ||||
