杨金波   教授


海洋创新药物筛选与评价平台主任




    山东省“泰山学者”特聘专家、中国海洋大学医药学院“筑峰”二层次教授、博士生导师;青岛海洋生物医药研究院首席科学家;青岛海洋科学与技术国家实验室海洋创新药物筛选与评价平台主任。

    兰州大学生物化学专业本科、中科院上海生物化学研究所生物化学与分子生物学博士。2001-2015年在美国克利夫兰医学中心学习、工作。2007年7月被聘为兰州大学“萃英特聘教授”、博士生导师,组建“兰州大学肿瘤生物学与药物研究所”并担任所长。2016年7月加入中国海洋大学医药学院、青岛海洋科学与技术国家实验室。

    研究方向为肿瘤生物学、肿瘤免疫学、抗肿瘤靶向药物高通量筛选与分子药理学,重点研究 JAK-STATs、NF-kB、EGF等信号转导关键分子的调控机制及其与肿瘤形成的关系、肿瘤耐药性关键分子的发现与分子机制、信号转导分子表观遗传学以及构建基于疾病靶点的高通量药物筛选与基于智能超算的药物虚拟筛选技术体系用于抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗动脉粥样硬化药物的筛选及成药性研究。2008年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才”、2016年入选“青岛市创新领军人才”、2017年入选海洋国家实验室“鳌山人才培养计划卓越科学家”及山东省“泰山学者”特聘专家。在Cancer Cell、Genes & Development、Cell Research、PNAS、EMBO J、Cancer Research 等杂志发表论文三十余篇;获省科技进步二等奖二项、省教委科技进步一等奖一项及多项授权发明专利。
