兰州大学生物技术本科、生物物理学硕士博士;法国巴黎七大生物学及药理学博士;2005-2017年在美国克利夫兰医学中心免疫系学习、工作;2016年7月被聘为中国海洋大学“英才”一层次教授以及海洋国家实验室海洋创新药物筛选与评价平台研究员、项目科学家。

主要研究方向为肿瘤免疫学及免疫炎症和细胞应激反应的相互关系;免疫反应的调控及其在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用;炎症及应激反应中细胞因子、趋化因子的mRNA稳定性调控机制研究。重点研究TLR、NFkB、JAK-STATs、Interleukins、TNFa等炎症关键分子的激活机制、表达调控方式及其与肿瘤发生、发展的关系。以免疫关键分子为靶点,在细胞及整体动物水平开展药物筛选疾病模型的构建、药效评价、安全性评价、基因型与疾病、基因型与药效的系统研究。发表 SCI 论文二十余篇、获得三项授权发明专利。
