主要从事海洋微生物天然产物研究,采用多组学技术联合运用策略,靶向挖掘海洋微生物中新型药源分子,阐释其生物合成途径,构建先导化合物绿色生物制造方法,为海洋微生物药物研发提供候选分子资源。主持国家级、省部级、地市级等课题10余项,在Anal. Chem、Org. Lett.、Org. Chem. Front.、J. Nat. Prod.等国际学术期刊上发表论文40余篇。 | ||||

|
基于多组学技术的海洋放线菌中新型抗生素靶向挖掘研究:通过基因组挖掘(genome mining),OSMAC(one strain many compounds),共培养(co-coculture),信号分子诱导等方法,激活海洋放线菌中的“隐性(cryptic)”次级代谢产物;同时采用LC-MS/2D-NMR代谢组分析技术结合靶向活性追踪策略,迅速获得特定基因簇编码产物的结构新颖性及基因-化合物-活性之间对应关系,从而减少已知化合物的重复分离,高效获得新型抗生素,为海洋微生物来源新一代抗菌药物研发提供先导化合物。
