主要从事抗病毒药理学和病毒糖生物学的相关研究。主持国家自然科学基金委青年科学基金项目(C类)、山东省博士后创新项目,参与国家级/省级课题多项。近些年来在Journal of Medicinal Chemistry、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Journal of Medical Virology、Carbohydrate Polymers、Phytomedicine等国际主流期刊上发表论文近20篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)发表10余篇。 | ||||

研究进展 | ||||
1:抗流感病毒新靶点药物的挖掘与研究:
针对重大病原体-甲型流感病毒(IAV)展开其新靶点的研究。针对现有抗流感药物耐药性问题,研究转向高度
保守的病毒蛋白及宿主信号通路,从中药和海洋真菌中筛选获得多个结构多样的活性化合物,探索"病毒-宿主"
双重调控策略。

2:流感病毒糖疫苗及糖佐剂的研究:
成功构建小鼠体内流感病毒疫苗研究模型,明确中药多糖的免疫增强作用,为中药多糖的生物医药应用提供实证
支持,为开发新型、安全的生物佐剂提供候选物质。

3:病毒感染受体鉴定及研究:
成功构建HPV小鼠体内研究模型,并鉴定了HPV的进入辅助受体myosin-9,阐明细胞表面N糖链在HPV病毒进入
过程中的作用,为后续抗HPV药物以及展开病毒糖生物学研究奠定研究基础。
